SoilTex® Woven Plus Landscape Fabric (a.k.a. Fuzzyback)
Sometimes referred to as “Fuzzyback”, SoilTex® Woven Plus Landscape Fabric is specially designed to provide superior performance over traditional landscape fabrics. The combination of woven and nonwoven construction techniques provide for unique fiber uniformity that is unsurpassed at blocking sunlight from reaching soil and retarding weed growth. The uniform construction also provides advanced water and air permeability, allowing soils to breathe and take on moisture and nutrients from fertilizers. All while resisting water confinement on the fabric surface. SoilTex® Woven Plus Landscape Fabric is UV stable. It is perfect for applications in nursery or greenhouse production areas. Convenient green marker lines assist in plant alignment. When installed with the fuzzy side up, the added frictional values hold mulch securely, even on steep slopes.
